Lets start with the "alleged" Amazon agreement –
Brassmad – yes, alleged is correct because we will never see the contract. However, with regards to the ASX (and HC as well), anns from companies are substantiated information.
Warnie:
I say there is NO 90 day agreement whatsoever between IOT and Amazon at all.
However, if IOT can show me a signed agreement between the two parties, which shows Amazon providing IOT with a payment for exclusivity, I will donate some money to the heartkids or whoever you do some work with?
Sound fair enough?
Brassmad – No mate, not fair enough, because as you know, no one will get to see the contract outside of IOT. So, rhetorical question.

As per the announcement...
Sydney, Tuesday February 14th 2017, IoT Group Limited (ASX: IOT) (“IOT Group” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its ROVA selfie drone product is becoming available on Amazon.com next month, and has also received significant interest in the ROVA selfie drone from other large USA retailers.
Executive Director of IOT Group, Ian Duffell commented: “We are very excited to make the IOT ROVA available exclusively to Amazon.com customers for the first 90 days. There are 3 choices:
1. Amazon directly purchase your items "in bulk" as they do occasionally, and pawn it off as their own product OR
2. You give Amazon exclusivity and receive a payment for doing so
OR
3. You say your product is available on the Amazon platform exclusively for 90 days, and there is no agreement actually in place, it just looks that way because you say it, but it has no meaning.
So which one is it?
Brassmad – don’t know. Ask IOT Warnie. I’m comfortable with the ann and the involvement with Amazon for 90 days.

Lastly, why would you want to pee off your distributors/retailers by providing exclusivity to an online shopping mall, if you had over 40,000 pre orders from them already?
Brassmad - Who says it is upsetting the distributors in the US?
My opinion is that the distributors will not be concerned about an Amazon agreement because it will give them time to get their stock, set up properly alongside n advertising program that they may well be ware includes celebrity involvement. All speculation on my part, but just as valid an opinion as your opinions.
