I calculated the info based on the order confirmation numbers posted on this thread. If you read the whole thread you will see that we are postulating that the first digit "1"is a country code for Australia. A New Zealand purchaser had a 4 digit confirmation number starting with a "2" a while ago.
The last confirmation number posted was 1975, so we will know if this is correct when someone posts up another confirmation number this weekend.
