I think that it is bad for the industry if they are knocked back. It stands to reason that if they can't get approval this year, they will get it far less next year in deteriorating US conditions (Iraq is costing enough already).
I wouldn't worry about Thoratek. Did you read that the VCR is a SUPER device? I have printed that often enough.
They'll blow Thoratek away also on costs.
