Or perhaps Mark Pallister increased his holding yesterday to acquire more voting rights? There certainly appeared alot more upward pressure than downward from what I saw. Far more than I would have expected for a simple "chairman replaced" announcement.
I suspect he would have preferred 8cps too - less dilutionary for large shareholders.
Don't lose sight of the possibility that QTK may still wish to purchase some product from ZYL.
