The key is understanding a turning point, for instance WHC was as over $6 at one stage and came down to 35 cents, then in under a year went back over $3 mainly due to increasing coal prices, but you've got to keep tuned in to what's going on behind the scenes, and for the last year NSL is on fire ticking every box possible, once the imminent cash start's flowing institutional investors will want a decent piece of this pie and people will look back at the current price and say wth didn't I buy in big down there when I could see all the signs, strong growing relationships with the Indian government and community, production of high grade Fe, first PO's, increasing potential in the Indian steel industry, no debt, along with the large growth timetable right in front of my eyes.
