But the only people whose opinions really matter are MSB's prospective partners, not one of which - other than the now-disengaged Teva - has committed any capital to MSB's various programs for a period going on for seven years.
With the cash balance heading to ~$35m in 6 weeks' time, and probably to under $20m three months later (which would be the lowest level of cash MSB has held in the past 29 quarters), something has clearly got to happen in the next 90-odd business days.
Or else the equity finance facility will need to be activated.
