Throwing good money after bad IMO. I'm pretty sure that it 's bad politics that has killed us (green's red tape) not actual legislation. If the gov broke actual laws different story. Will a court uphold their right to govern (no matter how incompetent they are ?) I think so. It was management decision to hang in there fuelled by empty promises & assurances. Did they at any stage receive cash incentives & allowances from QLD ? Not sure thinking not. I've lost heaps on this one. Still hard to believe it's over given it all made such good sense & we had just entered the lucrative Chinese market.
