Mixture of a few reasons,
1. I wanted more DTZ lols
2. Personal finances freeing up today which was a big reason, I like to keep some spare funds for a rainy day.
3. DTZ technically looked good - the latest buy signal came on 7th Feb which tested the lows of that wide spread recently we saw on 23rd Jan. The lows looked well supported on good volume. Been watching it all week seeing it soak and soak and was just waiting for the quiet day to come "no supply" to take my final parcels. Obviously we can see its moved now without that quiet day.
So sorta was the stars aligning FA, Funds and was waiting for the TA to align which it has now too (just not the way I expected), so I'll be buying on a soft retrace
If it wasnt for point 2. I wouldve been buying more much earlier
