There is no problem with shipping into any other country worldwide
As previously announced, IOT has exclusive rights in US, Canada, Australasia and Japan. Non-exclusive for rest of the world. AEE cannot sell the ROVA into any country worldwide, only their Sparrow, which cannot be sold into IOT Exclusive territories.
