aka, the life cycle of every exploration stock - if your investing in this end of the market expect dilution.
With cash of 10 mil they will be raising more capital long after most of the other specs stocks on the market.
Provided they find cobalt and plenty of it prior to running out of $$ we will be fine.
If they haven't found cobalt by the time they have spent $10 mil i think we will have bigger issues then
