Search on "Frankfurt" and "rioting sex mob" on HC Political debate and World Politics brings up limited results, mainly from today.

That speaks for itself I guess.

It seems the original story was on Bild but was picked up by other sites such as Breitbart (who'd a thunk it??).

Now that this latest story has broken, it'd difficult to find a link to the original Bild story - maybe they have taken it down.
