Can someone please explain why there is 6%+ price differential between ASX and CHI-X exchanges?
From a buyer's perspective, do I have a choice to find out the SLX prices from both exchanges before putting in my order as this will help to save 6%+ purchasing cost. By the same token, as a seller, I will gain 6%+ more for no reason by finding out their prices before I sell from the respective exchange.
In practice, should today closing price is $0.70 or $0.75?
Is there any formal or official monitoring of prices between exchanges?
Or alternatively, we let share quotes same as the TAB odds quoting from different betting agencies!
Please discuss.
