How can housing be at bargain prices with affordability running at all time low?
Houses are at 8-10 times wages and many properties at much more. Either houses have to drop alot or wages increase. If houses keep increasing so will the debt levels as wages are not rising by much.
Government is keeping a close eye on wages increasing as it is inflationary. They don't seem to care too much about house prices running away even more. More debt is ok as long as the men in charge get their pockets filled.
