    Yes...and I suspect there are other motives behind the bond claim, such as getting CMQ for next to nothing.

    It's just that as I see it, should the appeal be unsuccessful, CMQ immediately becomes insolvent.

    At 5c they would have to issue 1b shares simply to raise the $50m, a level not likely to be supported...and at 2.5c they will need to issue 2b shares?

    Any other form of capital raising will equally dilute future value beyond recognition...and of course any negotiated settlement will likely see IP value striped out.

    Not much joy here...even if they win their appeal, the debt is still there.

    Madness, or have I missed something?
