Im only joking friends, i see perth property prices being over 1 mill on average in 5 years time, i have 3 propeties now and am looking to buy more, property doesnt fall look at history. geez people always need somewhere to live and with all the immigration and stuff there will be so much demand. As the city grows the closer you are will always be wanted so load up on them or on the coast. there are over 2 billion people in china and india and we have all the resources, wait until india comes on line you can only build up to the hills really in perth too and as far as the ocean then the land will run out And remember friends rents are going to rise astronimcally to catch up with house prices, im gonna jack my rents up tomorrow so you are better off buying cause soon renting will cost more anyway. if you want to learn more there are soom good property seminars being run in the city curently
