So coin toss for E63/1147 but E63/1148 is Blk's as the other application was second in time so thats not a question so just look at the value in E63/1148.
Wonder if the Jindalee and BLK will get together smart money is cover each other why risk a coin toss.
We also note that Jindalee Resources Limited (“Jindalee”) were deemed to have lodged
an application for E63/1147 at the same time and as a result Blackham and Jindalee will
go into a ballot to decide which applicant has priority.
Ronin Energy Limited also lodged an application for E63/1148 on 20 February 2007 over
part of the expired R63/1. This application was lodged second in time to the applications
lodged by Blackham.
On 9 March 2007, Wesfarmers made an application for a Mining Lease 63/638 over the
former R63/2. Blackham and Jindalee had previously both applied separately for the
majority of that ground back on the 20th February 2007.
