It is a good move and buys time to get a proper deal in place. Ostana by their actions have a deal happening. For reasons that cannot be revealed at present, they cannot announce it or talk about it. They cannot just sit there and say "trust us, we have THE DEAL for you". They can however bring an independent expert in and reveal the deal in confidence. The expert then appraises the offers and the deal and then can say "lets have the BOD proceed and trust them" No to the offers. This is all my opinion based on adding 1 and 1 and getting 6 as an answer.
