The properties in City Beach that have gone from 350-400K to 1mil plus in the last 6 years are not beach front
2000 we looked at a ocean view property here (as close as you can get to the ocean in City Beach excluding South City Beach) and that sold at auction for $600k and was basically block value
So no even with a subtantial fall you will not get beach front here for $700K
But you may very well pick up a block 1km back with no ocean views that is currently selling for over $1mil for $700K
