After reading the WCB Resources Technical report I can now understand more clearly why GBM got into his deal. If you look at issuing 640 mil shares at 1.5c equates to $9.6 mil to get potentially 70% of not 800000 oz 0f gold resource but as per the report :
Table 1.1 Umuna Mineral Resource at 30 June 2013
Inferred Mineral Resources 43 mil tonne for 1.570mil oz au and 8.5mil oz ag with huge potential at the UMUNA deposit. For those who seriously want to understand the potential at Misima then I strongly recommend reading the report.
This could be the real company maker.
