Indeed - well there's not a lot of really bad news on the cards is there?
EDF going to independent evaluation (already gone? Will take a while either way)
CNNC on 75% - either they grant a waiver [good news], they run down the clock [no news] or they buy the 75%, presumable for $500m+ [mostly good news?]
> 25% of BH refuse to do a deal - I guess this is the most likely bad news, but we're only 3.5% away from 2017 agreement (still not totally clear on how much of the 2020 BHs we need on board as the language was unclear - any ideas?)
