A great post. Just a quick question. If our new director has his foot in two camps as a director would that limit his ability to act for Actelion or Admedus if there was to be mutual business. How would things normally pan out i.e. a declared interest. Who might he favour in a transaction and if this is the case Action would be out of the equation.
