What's there to worry about the class action. They are asking for 250 mil, it will take them 5 years and they will receive 1/3 of what they ask for... CA is not a big concern for me. Not today.. Banks debt is a big immediate concern, but debt is not due till may 2018. Plenty of time to work out a win win deal with the banks.
In summmary, no urgent pressing issues of major concern today. Hence i don't understand why the dramatic falls in price. Lemmings jump ahead of time, before they even get pushed.. Creating a self fulfilling prophecy.. shorters must be very happy.
