@jimk3758 just stumbled on an article on a website property observer that John Skippen sold his waterfront mansion 'Four Winds' for 6.5million. Is dated 9th feb.
In a general sense I would speculate someone in a generally similar position to him may want to relocate that capital away from potential litigation.
