Iam already overweight on SGH, otherwise. Yes. I would buy at sub 20 cents, knowing that nav is somewhat around 50 cents. Preference shares usually get issue at close to nav per share. Lets wait for 1H numbers to see most up to date nav.
I've held a couple of stock that recapitalised.. not as painful as you think. In the case of GJT, i triple my money.
