Yes.. and my reference to the little sisters and big sister is, of course, nothing other than referencing to the "Seven Sisters" and "New Seven Sisters" (google it and have a read.. very interesting).
Not sure as to the accuracy of the comments made by the writer but what I can see, if the current situation is in fact as described by the writer, is that TOTAL ( or any of the other big guns) has a clear, legitimate, entry into discovered and still to be discovered HC resources through FAR... provided.... Senegal gives FAR the green light on current PE issues.
