    They can claim $5 billion but it is tough when AG said they didn't rely on Quindell information provided and S&G did unprecedented DD. Now if you are talking about SGH advisers maybe but they will claim all care taken and no liability. Maybe S&G has a case but no win possible for years and money is needed now.
