Headscratching dillemma !!, page-128

On Friday the market capitalized BASSARI at $ 50 million .When I deduct the $45 million that Alex negotiated into the mining permit as a write down against future profits I get $ 5 million .I looked at the top 50 shareholders and apart from companies personally involved with BASSARI there are only individuals and their self managed super funds .When I add plant and equipment ,a 1 million ounce resource ,and a 1 million ounce to be announced( in my opinion) , a company with NO DEBT, and TERANGA GOLD looking over the fence licking its chops , I wonder when this company will be derisked enough for financial institutions to be allowed to press the BUY button for their investors.Is there a formula or development time to trigger that decision?
