Morningstar suddenly doubles its Fair Value Estimate, page-65

FYI, Morningstar updated their fair value estimate... No new information though really.

Our base case valuation of Slater and Gordon is AUD 0.01 per share as we consider material dilution of the equity to be likely as a result of a recapitalisation of the company such as a debt for equity swap. Citigroup reportedly sold its Slater and Gordon debt in early December 2016 for 38 cents in the dollar implying an enterprise value of around AUD 300 million and zero equity value. As at 30 June 2016, the company had AUD 722 million in net debt but the company was loss making on both a reported net profit after tax, or NPAT, and underlying NPAT basis in both the first and second half of fiscal 2016.
