Found this on Whirlpool forums. It seems its the national accounts figures showing a recession, rather than any particular bank.

"Now Im getting all these excited emails from these guys saying Rickards, who predicted Brexit, who predicted Trump etc, saying that on 28th Feb some major crash will happen in Australia when the national accounts figures are released showing we are officially in recessions. His recommendations will so called yield returns in the 100's of percent (but read fun money or money you can afford to lose)."
