Looks to be up way too much given the company is in 750k of debt and virtually would have no cash left over(400k). Expecting a CR on the back of this news. Long term anything is possible for an explorer partnering up with new JV's at such a low mcap but i'll have to wait on the sidelines till there is more clarity.
