Hi Geiger
You are quite correct that the announcement(s) are taking a while, and it is frustrating for all. But from my perspective, Turbott and Gaston are following their legal duties to the letter, and we should applaud them for not drafting fluffy, feel-good announcements that mean nothing. Such announcements can often backfire and cause further frustration and lack of confidence in Company leadership.
The fact that they have continued to publicly state the nature of our projected business with BHP, and the fact that Nick Gaston has continually reassured the faithful of the closeness of the deal(s) is all he may legally do until the ink is dry. Remember they promised something by the end of the quarter, and that is still a couple of weeks away.
If they misled the market or their shareholders, there would be hell to pay, so in strictly complying with their Director's duties and Co Sec. codes, they are doing their job well. Patience, my friend - the money will come because the announcement(s) will come, and I feel that it will be worth the wait.
Keep the faith.
