Amazon will be the real threat to WOW
When Amazon arrives it is unlikely to threaten the food supermarkets very much.
But Kmart, David Jones, Harvey Norman, Big W, Target, JB hi-fi and similar type retailers will be in the firing line
We will not know who will get wiped out until Amazon starts to establish in Australia
But we know from what is happening in the USA and UK the damage to some retailers is significant; bordering on fatal - some retailers are facing administration
S0 for holders of WOW the big question for us will be what happens to Big W - will it survive the onslaught or will it be spared?
