I have 5 million esioas, l borrow $45,000 to convert pay interest for three years and then payback the loan and get the heads back.
After that I'm lost, does the company get the money in July. Suppose so.
Are the heads held for security. Suppose so.
Most of the options will be converted. Suppose so.
Is this good. Suppose so.
Is it strange to announce this today. Yep suppose so.
Can we please get onto some solid ground.
