I say we as well for the same reasons. But I don't think it helps to urge the players on the field to focus on their jobs. I am sure they are absolutely focussed on doing that already. The problem is that we all love being in control, and some love it too much. We often need to relax a little. For a shareholder with money at risk I agree that is pretty hard!
What I was getting at is that much as "we" as shareholders may feel anxious to see progress and results, this is only because we are not close enough to the shop floor to see how the work is actually being done. If we were I suspect that we would be pretty impressed with the quality of the work being done and of the people doing it. Having spoken to some of the people involved I think we can be quietly confident that they are both dedicated and focussed of getting the job done for "us all". When they deliver I too will be cheering "our" team on the way to the pub!
