As I am in a different time zone, I don't watch the day to day trading.
As you say, this will drift without news. So maybe those at 1.9c will get their fill. Then out comes a positive announcement, because, well, they are always positive. Then the news will be sold into. Rinse and repeat.
There is so much over-hang on this stock, hard to see it ever getting past 8c. Think of all the punters who participated in the SPP at 8c. Many of whom may have been averaging down.
Following Norwood is like rubbing necking at an accident. You know you shouldn't but somehow cannot resist.
But old mate, he who backs up the truck; should be made into a Case Study about what not to do as a retail punter.
