Hey guys. So from my understanding (which is limited as I'm a newbie) Mr Jody Dahrouge is selling/diluting 195million shares.
I did a quick search on him and he is a director and a geologist.
Isn't the geologist selling that many shares a bit odd? Or could you say that he may hold many MANY more and due to diluting this many placement and vendor shares drop his overall stake to less than 5%? Hence the announcement as per the law.
Not trying to start a panic, just asking out loud and interested in what an experienced investor views it as.
