I'm in the process of changing the fluid in my Lincoln C6 transmission.... Was wanting an idea whether I should stick with type F or could the Dexron 111 with the added friction modifiers help without causing any slippage? cars done 85k miles and I adjusted the band and seems to have no wear...... any old rodders out there that could assure me im alright going Dexron 3... as i reckon it must be cheaper to do an entire flush...of the torque converter also?
