    Hi Everyone,

Interesting how this thread title got hijacked, to end up also just promoting the change, and not really allowing a different view point, except a couple of posts. I guess many with any different views or doubts, would be very reluctant to post, given the cheer squad methods of campaigning. However, like in any election campaign, beware of the silent ones, as you may get a surprise.

I hope all goes well. However, I have to say, that all the extreme campaign hype, has left me sceptical on facts and potential performance, a bit like a political election, so will see.

I was originally all your way to start with, but the constant barrage, makes me pause, and question why. Yes I know you need the votes, but you are actually turning away votes, of those that think and don't bother to comment, as they don't need to be told how to vote. If it is right, they know how to vote, so give it a rest.

Too much hype to me, so I start to question the fundamentals, so no longer believe all the pro recommendations, which all conclude, that there can't be any other choice with my vote but to vote 'Yes' on all four questions!!! Nothing is perfect, so there is always choice! It is my vote, so there is always a choice!

Not a good platform, as it seems too intense, and doesn't gel, as just based on too many trying to prove they are right. If the best choice, then no need for the extreme promotion, or negative comments on those that had the courage to express doubts.

I have sold half of my holdings, so I am not left in a loss position, as I don't believe all the hype, a bit like I don't believe politicians, that all, that is brilliantly promised when on campaign, will be really delivered in the short term. Nothing is ever that certain.

I still firmly believe in the fundamentals of the deposit and its potential, hence I still have a holding, and free hold, so can watch without being distressed.

I should also point out, that you don't have to vote all four votes yes, to get a change, so I suggest you give it some thought.

I took the opportunity, to assess the candidates proposed, and those supposedly being got rid of. I could see a way to vote, that wasn't either all one way or the other, and may even work, in my opinion, but what would I know? At least I have given it more thought, and didn't just follow either path absolutely, which from my assessment won't work, with all 'yes' or all 'no'

Additionally, one thing I do do, is I always think about what I am actually voting for, and not just follow the voting campaigns and hype, for either side. Pity, we didn't do more of that these days, and you might actually get better results. Nothing is ever absolute one way or another, nor solved that way, as it never succeeds.

Management have relied on what they have delivered, the RM group have campaigned on what they might deliver. Neither is perfect, and I guess the result, by trusting either side absolutely won't work. So think about your vote, so it can make a change for the better, and may deliver a balance in the middle, that might in reality work, for the ultimate goal of improving BGS, and not settling scores, or inflating egos.

I leave that up to you as voters, to ponder and work out what might be really best for BGS and its future, and suggest you ignore the pressure to vote in either direction.

Think and vote, as you should always do, as that is what the power of voting is about, at any level, in society, it is your choice, not what either group, that may have agendas, tell you how to vote.

The votes have oddly enough been structured, so one vote is not dependent on the other, so if people think and don't vote blindly, there maybe a result that might work for both camps. That means, not all votes have to be 'Yes', nor do all votes have to be 'No'. Think what might best work for the future of the company.

I guess, the vote will be polarised, due to the campaign, but in my opinion, that won't be the best outcome for BGS. I will wait and see.

Just my couple of cents worth, in the whirlwind, it seems, of only one perspective currently being presented on HC.

    Cheers
