This is still part of the rerate from last announcement IMO. Lithium may additionally move this up, but my bet is that we push closer to $50M market cap and stabalise there on the back of OHD. Ground breaking stuff and potential market cap in time will be multiples if management can pull it off. If this is not a Disallowed in a couple years i will be surprised and i think the market recognises this and has been waiting to see how tightly held this register is after last announcement.. definitely tighter than i expected.. all bodes well for long-term share appreciation.
