I would say phase 3 would stay on FB due to the complexity of the op.
Stand out comment by a million miles is that DW is working on other permit(S)??
Makes perfect sense if money is no object to go for phase 3 and in tandem take a peek at conventional / unconventional elsewhere on the ranch??
However, surely that means we've pretty much nailed a JV due to costs and time etc...
