Do a Google search World wide.

Typein: emnrd

It will bring up New Mexico Energy Minerals Natural Resources Department at the top of the list.

Once you have clicked on the link,

Click on:
Under Pending Permit Applications
which should be in the Minerals Category.

That takes you into a new screen.

Scroll down. It is the 5th application

See how you go with that.

If that doesn't work, i don't know what the problem is.
