Yes interesting game theory style—"Decision Tree questions" —that you raise Deadknick, as you question and ponder .... some....different combinations and permutations....re how future events may, or may not.... unfold.

For my 5 cents worth Deadknick; —I think all the answers to your questions, are in....reality-- and ACTUALITY – to be found ---on balance of probability--imo-- -- on page 2 --of the latest (ITE) Half Yearly Results on the ASX Announcements Section—where it&e (ITE) record the AIM London Stock Exchange Version of this same Document. .


And on page 2 of that (ITE) Document is a suggested Timetable, for the pending Rights issue.

Note Deadknick; the =the 5th line item, in that Timetable Schedule, and also note the...>>>> Closing Date ..<<< Under, the yet to be issued Rights Issue Prospectus with ASIC--.

The Closing Date I refer to is quoted as being the 16 July....

In other words Deadknick; The Rights Issue Closing Day Date, for acceptances under this Prospectus Plan.... Is nearly four (4) Full Months away from today—which is 18/3/07....and even that delayed date; has flexibility; as it is only ....a, “Indicated Timetable” .... at this Stage....

And so Deadknick, in thinking deductively; I think there is quite a Large Enough easy Clue—as to how or when or even.... ..>>>-- “WHETHER” --<< - this... imo...” Fall Back –Option B- position –insurance policy style-- Rights issue” .... Will ever eventuate and/or... see the light of day and/or even take place....

Anyway Dead Knick, it is at least some ....Food for thought.....
