SGH is a mess - what a disappointment, page-296

Some posts state that no more bunnies left for SGH. How about these?
lawyer fees from possible settlements of:
1. VW case ( can be huge. In the US, the settlement was $15 billion)
2. Manus Island case ( according to published reports, can be a record breaker in Australia)
3. Many other cases such as Murray Goulburn, Newcrest, UGL, ANZ Wealth Failed Managed Investment Scheme, ...
4. possible Escrow Money close to $80 million
5. pending cases against those who have provided wrong advice on the UK acquisition.

Successful outcome of some of the above ( particularly 1, 2, 4, 5) will make SGH debt free with more money to be distributed among shareholders. I have not given up my hope.
