someone didn't, they got rid of 50k which dropped it to 0.32 in a blink of an eye. something decent must be announced soon or this is in serious trouble. not sure why they can't say who the singapore telco is who was supposed to be bringing in 200k per month towards the back end of last year (per previous announcements). To me that is 'substantial' and if they are ready to go now or be billed in Jan then tell the market.
