Seems the date of the court hearing has moved from April to May ? Correct me if if inaccurate.

Convenient timing for LIT. Just playing devils advocate here for a moment.

TO is required to be completed by 6th April as Beton mentioned. We expect it to fail OR is considerably unlikely to succeed - see it as u wish. LIT then have another whole month to prepare to settle or change direction BEFORE the court case, as they are more than likely aware failure awaits them there also. Seems to me in light of recent events they may have bought themselves a little more time to soften the blow.

I still believe strongly if they can't buy us outright, then they DON'T want this in court....the timing magically works now for them to be able to enact plan B - the damage control process.

These are purely my thoughts.
