Denbo said "I'm still trying to work out who bought that 50+ million shares that changed hands last Thursday/Friday after that carefully worded, unsigned, announcement."
As far as I am aware ( shortman.com.au), there has not been any change in shorts. If it was from day traders, we should have witnessed a big sell off at the closing today due to T+2. I do not think retailers are averaging down either. Who would dare buy 50 million shares after knowing that the company debt exceeds its EV? I am also puzzled by the lack of sales yesterday and today. Yes, I believe something else is going on.
