Far from it. (And probably not a needed comment to be fair to Stevie).
I sort of view this as the beginning. We have been at 4.4 before, on less news and information, less projects (we didn't have 9 licenses in NT then either), and less developed and confirmed product status, and no partner/off-take deals so close, nor enquiries from multiple international companies.
Perspective.
But I would go so far as to say, if people want in they need to make their decisions soon, to maximize any POTENTIAL future rises and any swift and severe rerate
