If they do a spp the normal practise is working it out over the last 5 days and then giving a discount.

on that basis can someone recall the price on the last 5 days, say around 60 cents and then a discount of 20%, don't matter what the bids are now.

And usually they give a few days to get in, because some may have traded last week and be out now.
that is the common way of doing SSP nayway.
We are of course assuming it will be a spp, it is the fair way though.
