    100%b correct StareBear, but after just speaking to Alan Boyd he assures me the existing Shareholders will be looked after, not sure how and would not like to speculate, but he assured me that all will be revealed prior to market opening on Wednesday and Avexa is a strong believer in showing faith to shareholders who have shown faith in AVX, a sign of a Good Stong Mgt team.
