Whether expensive and unreliable power is a cited real reason or a "convenient" one matters not for business "outposts" operating in marginal markets.
There seems to be a bit of an exit trend developing in SA ... It'd be a game political leader that ignored the signs and didn't address underlying reasons, even if they are perceptions.
